Dr. Wilder completed her B.S. in Biology with honors on the pre-medicine track from the University of Hawaii and her degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She returned to her home state of Colorado and opened her own practice in 2019, where she provided naturopathic care with a focus on patients with chronic illness and neurological conditions. Dr. Wilder relocated to Vermont in 2023 where she practices primary care medicine at Mountain View Natural Medicine.
Her passion for longevity and preventative medicine is what initially drew her to attend Naturopathic Medical School. The foundation of individual medicine is to understand unique genetic risks, childhood environment, and health goals to create a treatment plan. Dr. Wilder is passionate about turning over all stones with extensive history and testing, looking for root cause, and aiming for the highest quality of health (not better than the “average” American). The combination of her life long passion, paired with years of experience in primary care, has led her to build Longevity Integrative Medicine.
She finds joy spending time with her husband and two children, and as a family they enjoy outdoor adventures and cooking.
